Inconsistency

Just got done watching Thunder dispatch Grizzlies, turn on evening news and WHAM-O. Am I so ignorant of world events that much I never even heard of this man? That being said, I am hearing a boatload today. I thought the guy running France had issues already and now I hear this gentleman was in line to replace...those crazy Frenchies...
