The New York Times looks at some of the people that have bought into the Camping Rapture Prediction. It originates with a prediction by Harold Camping that the rapture will take place on Saturday, May 21st (TOMORROW!!!). Camping has been wrong before (obviously).
I hope they interview them on Sunday.

Someone mentioned this on Twitter...what of the children whose parents have them believing the world was really going to end? In all the rush to make jokes about the Rapture prediction, I and a bunch of other folks ignored this part of the story and it is disturbing to reflect upon
